I had a very good stay at this hotel. The location on the main street of Chaweng is fantastic, with everything I needed just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and provided good service throughout my stay. The rooms had nice views from the balcony and were clean and comfortable. I appreciated the small details like the 2 complimentary bottles of water every day. The breakfast, although limited in choice, was included in the price and was a nice start to the day.

The room was spacious and clean with plenty of storage space and a nice bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. The wifi was fast and reliable for work purposes. The location was central, close to restaurants and shops, and had a beautiful lake view.

Noise from clubs across the lake makes it difficult to sleep until 3 am, even with earplugs it was not easy to sleep as the tasteless (music) keeps drumming in the head. one more thing; it was odd that the hotel charge full night fee for a visitor to the room who joined me for 1 hour to have a drink on the balcony !!!!

The beach was only a short walk away which was really convenient. the air conditioning worked well and helped keep the room cool during the hot days.

The noise level was incredibly high throughout the night. Loud music and talking from nearby establishments made it impossible to get a good night's sleep.

We appreciated the 24-hour reception, perfect for late check-ins or early morning departures.
